DO AETREX ORTHOTICS HELP WITH FLAT FEET? If you have flat or low arches, you may experience overpronation, leading to misalignment and stress on your feet, knees, and back. Aetrex orthotics are designed to help control overpronation and balance the rearfoot.

SHOULD YOU REMOVE INSOLE WHEN USING AETREX ORTHOTICS? For shoes with removable footbeds, simply replace the insoles with our orthotics. If your shoes do not have removable insoles, we offer options for narrow or non-removable footbeds.

ADJUSTING TO AETREX ORTHOTICS: While most customers feel immediate comfort and support, it may take 2-3 days to adjust fully. You can wear our orthotics for up to a month and return them if you are not completely satisfied.
