Getting Started

Adjusting to New Insoles

It’s normal to feel pressure on your feet for 3-7 days when first wearing these insoles. We recommend starting with 2-3 hours a day and gradually increasing the time each day. If you are not satisfied with our insoles, we will replace or return them to you.
